Indoor Cycling class is a great, low-impact cardio session. This class is truly a PARTY ON A BIKE! It includes hill climbs, sprints, pushups, jumps, weights, and more all at varying intensities. Be prepared to stick to the beat and crank up the resistance from time to time. We have a mix of choreographed songs, team races, and more to keep your body guessing throughout class and avoid boredom. Class can be scaled to all fitness levels. Classes offered are 45 minutes long!
