SO, I decided to make it kind of a special “shred before summer week” since there wasn’t anything programmed for this week. I have pulled 5 of the best, hardest Total Body/HIIT/Conditioning style workouts that we’ve had over the past few months and give a different one to you every day. I’m being mindful of what muscle groups are primarily worked each day, too, so that your body isn’t completely wrecked the entire week.
