SKYPE SESSIONS

Training or Coaching Sessions Available

This is a great option for those who aren’t available to meet in person for training sessions or coaching, but would like to have face-to-face interaction.

Skype training would benefit those who need help with correct form, accountability, or just more of a one-on-one coaching type situation.

Skype coaching sessions would benefit those who want more weekly accountability with their goals and more personalized attention to work through any obstacles, grasp a better understanding of nutrition or training, etc. This would be in conjunction with one of the 3 online training program options - i.e. the online workout program, personalized eating guide, or lifestyle program (see below). Purchases are separate.

This guide is for the generally healthy individual looking to learn more about nutrition and their body’s true nutritional needs. It is completely personalized to the individual’s dietary preferences, restrictions, and body composition/health goals. Included is estimated macronutrient goals, an entire sample day's worth of eating guidelines included with recipes, a suggested grocery list, supplement recommendations, and tips and tricks for how to meal prep, eat out and eat for nourishment so as to not restrict yourself. An intuitive eating guide is included as well for maintenance once you’ve accomplished your body composition goals.

With the purchase of an eating guide, you will receive an email including a suggested grocery list, a chart laid out with suggested meals and their macros for a full day, helpful tips for meal prepping, still living a balanced life even while working towards your goals, and a guide for intuitive eating once you have reached your body composition goals.
Each meal plan is tailored to you as an individual, including dietary restrictions and preferences. If you purchase a coaching option, you will receive access to weekly email check-ins to keep you accountable and make adjustments accordingly as well as unlimited email access to have questions answered throughout the week.

ONE-TIME WORKOUT PROGRAM

$75

This program is specifically tailored to the individual’s goals - specifically body composition, health, and performance. This program can be created to fit an individual’s lifestyle needs, whether that’s a plan for gym workouts, home workouts, or a combination of the two.

Although there are no updates to this plan, if something isn’t working within the first week of being purchased, a one-time modification is offered.

It is recommended this program be followed for at least 4-6 weeks to see the best results.

8-WEEK PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PLAN

$150 for 2 months

This program is specifically tailored to the individual’s goals - specifically body composition, health, and performance. With weekly check-ins & updates to the plan, plus monthly fitness assessments, no amount of progress will go unnoticed. This program can be created to fit an individual’s lifestyle needs, whether that’s a plan for gym workouts, home workouts, or a combination of the two.

Initial 8 week program purchase is required, but once that is completed, individual may continue the coaching on a month-to-month basis.

EXPECTATIONS

Savanna's workout plans remove all the guess-work so you can minimize your effort and maximize results.

You decide where you’re most likely to get your workouts done: the gym, at home, or a combination of both. From there, a workout program is tailored specifically for your goals, availability, injuries/limitations, and workout location preference.

With the 8-Week Coaching Option, you will receive an email with a 7-day plan, outlining every exercise, rep count and number of sets, and so forth. Every week there will be a weekly check-in, so as to change anything in the workouts that aren’t working, see what your preferences are for certain exercises, and adjust accordingly. Certain aspects of the workout will change according to the customized program, so be prepared for an updated version of the 7-day plan every couple of weeks.
